The rear unit is occupied by a long term tenant. The back unit parking is the driveway. The main home will have 3 parking spots available directly in front of the home.
House Rules
We have very strict house rules mainly for trash and outside noise. Please respect our neighborhood community. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Guests are expected to bring the trash and/or recycle bin to the street on collection days. No street parking. All guests coming to the home must be on the reservation. Guests may not tamper or cover any security equipment We reserve the right to charge $50/hour on late checkouts.
