House Rules
We have very strict house rules mainly for trash and outside noise. Please respect our neighborhood community. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Guests are expected to bring the trash and/or recycle bin to the street on collection days. Guests are responsible for getting propane and cleaning the grill if they would like to use. No street parking. All guests coming to the home must be on the reservation. Guests may not tamper or cover any security equipment We reserve the right to charge $50/hour on late checkouts.
Other Details to Note
Sleeper sofa accommodates 2 additional guests. We do not allow parties or events at the home. No music or loud noises outside after 10pm. Grill is available to use, propane and cleaning are guest responsibility. ALL guests must be included in the guest count, including visitors. Pool runs from 9am-10pm. The pool heater is electric and will not run under 50 degree weather.
